We had plenty of space . Enjoyed the decor . Great view from the decks . We saw a couple of shooting stars at night and the bear walked into our corner twice . Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge where we enjoyed being touristy . Some went to the Dome and Annakista . Our last full day was the entire family sitting on the huge front deck , playing music and making the most of just being together in such a beautiful and relaxing setting . Great time was had by all !

Overall the cabin is exactly what we were looking for! I called a couple times and responded immediately. I was a little disappointed because we lost power for 12 hours, we had food that went bad and an infant with us that was not happy ☹️ While I understand that we can’t control Mother Nature I feel they should have a generator or something for situations like this. If it weren’t for this everything would’ve been perfect!

Overall our experience was good. The express check worked ok. Felt the unit could use some updating and maintenance. Along with the issues I called about on 12/26 there also was a shower door when the lower rail fell off. We have rental property on the gulf and our rental managers request owners furnish and maintain a list of standard items. We found these types of items missing in the unit. Here are things it would have been nice to have, especially in a “luxury” unit. *Set of mixing bowels *Casserole style baking dishes *Some larger serving bowels *Enough silverware for a large group. There was an odd collection of knifes and some forks but short on spoons. *Toaster didn’t work well. *Bathrooms didn’t have enough hand towels I would recommend you company but would warn them to check reviews to see how well the unit is maintained.

Nice cabin in perfect location, well equipped. Recommendation: for a cabin in that price range it should have an optional gas grill and not only 2 small dirty charcoal grills in front of the house without cleaning brush. Also there was no cleaning products to wash dishes by hand or general cleaner for the kitchen. Was great to have a sauna included but the thermometer inside was broken and the water bucket leaking

The home was a great home base for our very short visit to the Smoky Mountains. The deck was great and we spent every sunrise out side with our coffee and amazing views!! Neighbors are a bit closer than we would've liked, but we only had them there for the first day. The home was relatively clean when we arrived (one toilet was dirty and the windows need some web clearing). Kitchen could use a few more pots and pans, but we made due. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Loved the huge table - nearly the whole family could sit around it at one time! Hot tub was a little skunk smelling and needed chlorine, so we only used it once. The games (video, air hockey and pool) were enjoyed by all and were a great addition to the spaciousness and comfort of the home. There is a neighborhood trash problem. So there was garbage in the yard, and around the periphery of the yard courtesy of raccoons, woodchucks and even a bear that we watched from the safety of one of the decks. So, if you can overlook the trashy-ness of the immediate surroundings you are in for some beautiful natural views!

Loved the house, easy reservation, check-in and check-out but the house needs two improvements. (1) there are enough cooking pots in the kitchen (2) the a/c unit controls do not work. The main level of the house stayed at 65 degrees and that is with the thermostats in the off positions. In the off position, the a/c stayed on.

The only negative thing I will say is the furniture delivery should have been done before we got there. The checkin time was 4:00 PM and there will people in the cabin until around 7. The only reason we were there is because I found the address in the portal. I was told we wouldn’t be given the address until they were finished. That is unacceptable. Other than that the cabin was great and we had a nice time.,

Redneck Ritz is a great space for multiple couples. There are 7 bedrooms with access to own bathroom and either a king/queen bed, not just bunk beds! Great view of mountains yet close to the town. Multiple living room areas to watch football and open kitchen for meals and playing games. Only dock one star as appeared the tubs and bed sheets could have been cleaner (hair), but understand this is cabin living! Good amenities and plenty games. Check in was very quick but would be nice if didn't have to drive to office since a lockbox, check out was simple and required just a courtesy call/email. Was overall satisfied with stay and would reommend!

Great time with friends and the house was plenty big enough for all. I do think the house is in need of some updates and restocking of kitchen items, cooking items, silverware and glasses. It would be nice to have had more than one kitchen towel and at least a hand towel in the bathrooms. With all that said we would stay at this house again. I did have to contact Aunt Bugs for my deposit return, it took 12 days before I received the check.

We had a terrific time during our short stay at the Redneck Ritz enjoying the surrounding area and the shopping and eating offerings as well. The Cabin is actually idea for the number of folks we had with us and had everything we needed while we were there. We were more than satisfied with the contact with Aunt Bug's people while we were there, everyone was helpful, friendly and made it a pleasure to do business with them. On check in day, Steven McMinn was more than helpful making sure that all was well. As indicated, the Cabin was great, however, it is in need of refurbishing as related to furniture and baths along with a thorough cleaning. It is actually a beautiful Cabin.

House is beautiful and everyone enjoyed their stay. Only disappointment was their was no toaster, but we purchased and left one on the counter. The kids were a bit sad to begin with because their was not a foosball for the game, but one was delivered pretty quickly. Thank you. We are planning our visit for next year.

The home was very nice and easily accommodated my children and grandchildren. It was clean and was stocked with the necessities. The only issues we had was that the bed on the second floor left bedroom was coming apart at the joints which was a bit unnerving and that the WIFI was very spotty.

We had a great experience form the original contact of making the reservation to making the call to let you know we were leaving. The staff of Aunt Bug were pleasant to talk with and very helpful in all stages. The communication of upcoming events was handled well and was timely. We enjoyed the property as it was prepared for us and all we expected We had one issue with the hot tub which turned out to being not problem but the tech showed up within a couple of hours. The location is great and convenient to all we needed.

your website tells a lot but not the whole story the roads are very, very steep, and when wet, slick! 4wheel drive should be encouraged at some locations. The maintenance staff needs to apply more attention to details nearly every light fixture had one light bulb out and one of the A/C units tripped the breaker and had to be reset.

Very nice cabin with a great view. Staff was very friendly at the office as well as those that came to the cabin, i.e. somone who took the broken grill and another that looked at the stove that was not working correctly. There was no "extra key" which I reported. Also, there was no smoke alarm on the 2nd floor, and the air hockey table was in bad condition.

We had a great time! There was quite a few places in the cabin with minor damage. We tried to report it upon arrival. All was normal wear and tear but we don't want to get billed for things we didn't damage. We greatly enjoyed the space and the hot tub and the convience of so many bathrooms. TVs and bedrooms. Our view was spectacular! Our team had a wonderful time of training in the mountains and bonding. We hope to bring them again next year!

Our whole family loved staying in the cabin. The cabin was large enough and had a lot to do with pool, foosball, and air hockey. We cooked out the first night and the table had plenty of room to sit our family. We only had one concern. There were two loose boards on the deck railing where a child could get through. We had a four year old. It should be fixed right away.
