Very responsive to all questions and needs. Cabin was clean and ready when we were told

The house was exactly what we wanted! Our family had the best time. We were close to all of the attractions but felt comfy and cozy tucked into the woods.

Only complaint is we lost power and only had one flash light! No candles or lantern to light up so we could see! Besides that really enjoyed it!

Cabin was very nice and clean. It took us at least 15 minutes to get to a main road, so it took us much longer to get to the attractions. Parking is not good. Cenapiedes were inside the house as well as on the counter. I know this is in the mountains and we should expect insects, but not in the kitchen.

It was our first time with a cabin rental, so I had questions along the way. Every one at Aunt Bug's was very kind and helpful, each time I called.

Loved that we had plenty of necessities, we were very disappointed about the video game console being broke..that was one of our filters when booking. And no screens in some windows..other than that we would have given 5 stars!

The reservation and express check in/out process were very smooth and easy. The cabin was perfect for our needs. There was a funky smell in the refrigerator and freezer. They were both very clean when we arrived, but I think it needs to be investigated and/or in some way deodorized.

Was a beautiful space. Very enjoyable. Nicely laid out. I would go back.

We absolutely loved every single thing about this cabin. It was beautiful, clean, secluded, roomy. We have stayed in 3 cabins run by 3 different companies since March and Aunt Bug's is our favorite! The rental agreement calls it Bear Run Getaway but the plaque on the cabin says Deer Run Getaway - either way, there's a lot of beautiful pictures, some old-timey looking, throughout the cabin of bears and deer. This location is on a gorgeous dead-end road with only one other cabin that shares a steep parking lot (but we mastered that lot!). The main floor has a wrap-around porch which is amazing. The game room on the bottom floor has a really nice pool table, an air hockey table, and a video game with over 400 games from back in Nintendo and Atari days. We had so much fun down there! The deck with the hot tub is right off the game room and we spent a lot of time out there and the hot tub was clean and crystal clear! The very top floor also had a walkout deck and it was so high up! It was clean and I noticed there wasn't a bunch of spiders and webs hanging from the ceiling. That means a lot to me. This cabin is just very well maintained, compared to others we've experienced. The staff was also very friendly when I called the office. I could go on and on. I would love to stay in this cabin again but I want to try out more of Aunt Bug's locations.

Overall the stay was fun. The family had a good time. Only complaint was that some of the entertainment pieces could be in better shape. Pool sticks were cracked or no tips. Pool table corners are not attached and would fall off. Air hockey table was missing puck.

It was ok but there was not enough towels for every one to have one set

We loved the cabin, everything was great! The only problem, and it wasn’t really a problem, the garbage containers outside were full. Didn’t realize it until we were trying to throw out our garbage when we were leaving.

Very nice cabin. We enjoyed our time there very much! Only 2 things need attention. First need to treat house to keep as many crawling visitors out. We had many centipede type of crawlers mainly in the bathrooms. Also the main floor Bathroom did not have a bath mat or towel to step out on. We would very much enjoy staying in this cabin again sometime soon. Your staff is very friendly and very helpful. Appreciated their help before during and after our stay. Maybe you could let people know about the driveway. There was not enough room to accommodate how many people would stay at a cabin of this size. The directions given out on paper were not correct. If you have to deal with this type of traffic and deal with wrong directions, then by all means, it shouldn't be a problem. Other than that, the cabin was nice.

Smooth process had a great time with family for a long weekend getaway

The house was very nice. The only area that could be improved would be to supply some hangers and basic kitchen needs like salt and pepper.

Nice cabin but the driveway and parking was tricky. Will rent from you again.

The stay was very pleasant and we enjoyed it tremendously.

Everything was great except the weather. I explained to a lady at the office that the charcoal grill was useless even when the rain would stop for a while. I would relocate the grill or at least fix it so that it didn't retain rain water.

Great place to spend our family vacation! The drive up the mountain was a fun adventure.

smooth in and out procedure perfect location. The negative is the road and the terror we experienced on our way out with 1/2 inch of snow and icy conditions. I would not recommend this particular cabin in winter. Fairly certain a few more gray hairs have been well earned.

The staff was very helpful and prompt. The cabin needed to be updated - carpet replaced, kitchen updated, missing light covers, poor table in poor repair, etc. We will probably use Aunt Bugs to book another cabin for next year. However, we will not rebook the cabin in which we stayed.

Very nice cabin, clean and large for our family. We had ample amount of space for us and our friends who came with us. The cabin had three floors with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor (thank goodness with a bunch of kids running around we needed this). Only thing detracting from a 5 star rating was parking (it was awful), and garbage size. For a week long stay we had only two small bins. Needless to say we were overflowing. Overall, I loved it and will be booking again for the future trips to the mountains.

My family stayed here for 2 nights with my friend's family. Bedrooms and bathrooms were separated on each floor, so it was very convenient. There were also facilities such as pool table where children could play, so the children were so happy. Facilities were a bit old, but there was no shortage at all. Staffs in the office were friendly too.
