Great on all points. Even saw a bear. Will come again

Quiet and peaceful location. A perfect cabin for our group of four.

The property was absolutely amazing!! It was relaxing & beautiful. I will most definitely book again this year!!

Everything was fine. There are a couple of leaks in the roof/window or door. Other than that everything was good.

The cabin was great, it was clean and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for anything better. The only downside to the cabin, and I hate echoing what others have said, is the driveway. Thank goodness it is paved and not gravel. It is steep and If we had a car, I’d be concerned that the undercarriage would be hit while trying to turn into the driveway. Make sure your parking brake works is all I can say. Other than the driveway, everything else was great!

Cabin was beautiful... just fantastic! We loved the hot tub and the pool table. It was well stocked with all the essentials. The driveway is a bit treacherous, and there really wasn't anywhere except for the deck to enjoy the outdoors because the area is remote, wooded and on a steep mountain. But overall we had a wonderful time! We even saw a black bear!! Thanks!

Other than a leak in the upstairs bathroom it was great. When we arrived there were a couple small issues but Allen showed up and took care of everything. He was absolutely great!

Cabin was exactly as expected. Instructions clear and easy to follow. Contactless check out made it so we could just arrive and leave the cabin without having to stop at an office or anything. Just had to text them when we left. Very enjoyable!

Cabin was clean, very nice and in a good location. We had a great stay!

Overall interior met/exceeded expectations; a place to put your clothing would be nice. exterior is a bit run down, the railings on front of cabin are coming loose; could use a good exterior overhaul. the drive way is definitely a deal breaker for next visit ; the company called me the day before my scheduled check out ; and said they had found clothing in the cabin and wanted to know if we would like the items shipped? After calling the service back, could not speak to an actual person, so left a message. About an hour later, I received check out instructions for following day. So I am assuming they received my message. The check in/ check out process was very easy.

The Mountain Paradise cabin was amazing! My husband and I stayed for 4 days while we celebrated our 6 year wedding anniversary, the property was well cleaned and secluded. It was everything we needed I’m so glad we decided to book with Aunt Bug’s. We’ll definitely book again in the near future!

Check in an check out were both very good. Unfortunately our place wasn't ready until about 5 so we had to go to the office. It was difficult to get contacted given the TN phone service, it would have been better to have been texted and called rather than emailed as to when our place was available. Our place was clean and had all the advertised amenities, although there were some things that we had to buy at the store that would have been nice to have had, such as TP, a couple dishwasher tabs, paper towels, etc. Our place on the last night we were awoke as one of the branches leaning onto the metal roof was scraping along it making a loud repeated noise as the wind blew it like nails on a chalkboard. Fortunately it was only one night! It will need to be trimmed.

Great cabin. Big and clean. I don’t like the deceptive pricing with owner or property fees doubling the price. The total price is fine. Just say it up front.

Great little weekend getaway with family, cabin was exactly what we wanted.

Check In and out very easy, only complaint or MAIN complaint is that there are no steps to assist entering and exiting the hot tub.

Vacation was good, cabin and location ws what we accepted however there were w few issues

The cabin was beautiful and well maintained. The driveway is a bit of an adventure and if you drive a manual shift vehicle you want to make sure the parking brake works. The cabin is more/less secluded, it is comfortable and the hot tub was one of our requirements and we enjoyed it. Getting to the cabin was easy using Google Map, but the roads are narrow and curvy so care should be used. The only problem we had was a limb that was touching the 2nd story roof and gutter. The wind made it scratch across and it was annoying, hopefully maintenance will trim the tree. Overall, we would rent this cabin again without hesitation. The staff at Aunt Bugs are great and keep you updated by email and phone. Highly recommend this cabin to anyone.

Booking the cabin was easy online. The express check in and check out was a great time saver. I received emails keeping me updated on the reservation and other information and that was appreciated also

Our stay was very nice. Cabin was just as described. It was quite clean. I do think a couple of items need replaced. I sat in a chair outside and almost fell as it was broken. Overall it was very nice though. We enjoyed being close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Nice location!

Check in fairly easy. Check out was super easy! Cabin was overall very nice. Some furniture updates could be used. Mostly cosmetic but I did almost fall in the outside rocker upstairs. It was broken

We had a wonderful experience with your company. The staff was friendly and informative. Having an app to check information about our stay was a bonus. Also, the maintenance staff was quick to respond after we notified the office about one issue at the rental. I would definitely recommend Aunt Bug’s to others!

Loved this cabin. The upstairs bedroom was perfection. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Overall I liked the cabin. We arrived a bit late so the pre-check in was helpful. We had an issue with the Wifi and Aunt Bugs maintenance guy corrected the issue the next day while we were out. The last night the heat stopped working. It was late so we just pushed through it. It was a bit cold but not life threatening or anything. The cabin is a little difficult to get to for us flat landers from Illinois. The roads are steep, narrow, and have sharp bends. The drive way is sloped as well, you will need a good parking brake. In the winter this may be a bit more than an inconvenience. However, I liked the cabin, the Master bedroom was nice size and the amenities were good. I was happy with the stay in spite of the wifi, heat, and steep drive.

This cabin is OK however cleaning service should be better. Lots, lots, lots of dust beneath beds.

Also cabin is in worse shape than you can imagine from seeing the pictures.

But overall it is OK. Quiet but close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg attractions

We had a fantastic stay at Mountain Paradise 295. The Aunt Bugs staff was great at check in and check out. They answered all of our questions and made us feel welcome.

The place was great! I think it was our fav overall cabin. However, I’d give this one feedback- for under 50 bucks they could make the kitchen experience sooooo much better. The pans stick like crazy so change them or provide some cooking spray. More than one dish towel for 4 nights would be better and a broom would make it easer to keep things neat while cooking. I asked if they had a kettle and was told yes but they didn’t. The rooms were spacious, TVs nice, extra quilts a plus!

Very clean and very accomadable. Loved the jacuzzi tub in the upstairs room.

Beautiful place, just hard to get to. Could've used more trash bags. There was a full trash bag left under the porch by the last renter, but it attracted a raccoon, and that was cool.

We loved the cabin! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had cooking utensils to make a meal, the hot tub was relaxing, and the pool table really brought the family together for a game! The Tv's had plenty of channels and the Wi-Fi worked well. The cabin is beautiful inside. The pictures don't really show it all. It was far enough out of the way to get a cabin feel, but close enough to everything!

The check-in/ check-out process was easy. We were able to get into our cabin earlier in the day. The cabin was clean with a lot of extra linens.

Great service, good location, fairly priced and overall a great experience.
