The cabin was VERY close to everything!! We had plenty of room. The dryer was not working so management sent a NEW washer and dryer!! The hot tub was very nice as well. The only thing I would change is the mattresses.

Everything went smoothly. You even mailed back items that were left behind. The only complaint was that a few items needed fixing like toilet was loose paper holders were coming off minor things.

Always friendly and helpful. Our house was nice just not as clean as before. We understand workers are few and we do appreciate Aunt Bugs. Just didn’t want you think we left it a mess, it was a bit messy when we arrived. But we will book with Aunt Bugs again.

Great cabin, great location, the only 2 things are, the dryer squeaks incredibly loud when used and the cabin needs a nice propane grill.

The cabin itself was great! Plenty big enough and perfect location. The one and only downside was the attention to detail in cleaning. There were pretty many cobwebs in the bedrooms. The trash can itself in the kitchen had not been cleaned as when you opened the lid it was greasy and grime looking. All these little cleaning details really do matter.

Amazing. It was a good stay. I will be coming back.

Aunt Bug’s was quick to take care of any need we had, and their employees are patient, kind and professional. I would recommend booking through Aunt Bug’s!

The cabin was fantastic, fit my family comfortably. We had an issue with the hot tub and someone came to look at it 20 minutes after I called. It was fixed by the time we got back that afternoon. I will always rent from Aunt Bug's when visiting that area in the future. It was the best experience I have ever had with cabin rentals.

Such a great experience! Fast and friendly help. Cabin was ready early and had plenty of things we needed. Besides food of course. It was nice staying with six kids and everyone having their own king size bed and bathroom!

Maybe adding a few more items to the kitchen like a griddle would have been nice.

Cabin was great, 2 issues, No fireplace and the back yard is littered with cans and solo cups.

Great! We were in the process of being evacuated from the outer banks due to a hurricane and wanted a place to finish the week out with our family and friends. We found a cabin online and booked it. We had a plumbing issue with the cabin and aunt bugs came immediately and made the repair. Thank you for a fun vacation .

We absolutely loved the Black Bear Cinema! Wish we could have finished our stay there, but we understand that the plumbing issues needed to be taken care of. We will definitely book another stay there!
