Enjoyed the cabin. It was clean and comfortable. Checkin and checkout was super easy! The only concern was the mold in the bathroom. The fan needs to be fixed.

The staff was very helpful when our original booking got canceled on us the day we were set to arrive. The lady was very friendly and helpful. She got us into a cabin the same day we were to arrive. The staff at the office were very friendly. I will be using your company again for further cabin rentals. Our cabin was perfect for our honeymoon and location was awesome. We even saw a bear at the cabin.

The cabin was cozy, and we enjoyed our stay. We used the hot tub every day and found downtown close enough to walk.

Cabin was cozy, location was perfect! Coffee filters would be a good thing to have available.

Cabin was clean, comfortable and had a good location in relation to downtown Gatlinburg. The only downside was the outdoor hot tub water never warmed up above 75 degrees.

The staff was very responsive and helpful. The cabin was nice. It was great being able to have our two small dogs there.

All of our expectations were met with our rental and the office staff. We enjoyed our stay in Dream Weaver. What a wonderful getaway for us.

Great. No issues and the no contact check in and check out was awesome.

Overall a good experience. Even though it was about half a mile from downtown Gatlinburg, the cabin was still secluded and private. Our only issue was the bedsheet wasn’t cleaned. Still had short hairs on them and on the bathroom floor. Also found a bedbug on the second blanket that we got from the closet. However after a call they provided new bedsheets and blanket. So thank you for great experience

Jacuzzi was nice. No ice trays in freezer. Thermostat was locked - 1st night was hot, last night was cold. Kitchen was under-furnished: only one pot and it had burned food on bottom. Shower was good. Needed instructions to make TV/video player work properly. Bed was very nice. Hot tub looked nice, but we didn't use it. Not perfect, but nice overall.

The cabin was just beautiful. Please be sure to check the wifi for the next guest as it didn't work.

I love that we had an amazong experience and we will be making another trip soon. Finding the place was just alittle hard at first but that was just because we didnt know the area yet. Everything was clean and had tons of towels and everything we would need. Dishes and what not. Over all great place to stay and going to stay again very soon.

The cabin was very clean. My only suggestion would be to put some extra garbage bags under the sink for when clients fill up the trash can.

Everything was wonderful. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Our cabin was quaint and rustic, perfect for a little getaway! Check in was so simple! We loved our stay!

Excellent location, nice atmosphere. IMO, cabin needs more hot tub privacy because it’s too close to the neighbors, needs washer & dryer and a blow dryer as well. Staff at Aunt Bugs were wonderful in making sure we were comfortable during our stay

Good experience.. grass needed to be cut. Dishes where soaking wet in the cabinet. But overall had a good time.

Loved the cabin! Wish for some shelf’s or hooks to put our stuff up! But the two hot tubs, shower and towels were awesome!

It was a wonderful place for just us and our two dogs. Cozy little cabin with a fabulous little porch. Location is good too.

I loved the stay. Me and my wife had a most relaxing fun time. We loved the jacuzzi and hot tub, and the coziness of the beautiful cabin we stayed in.

Check in process could have been better. But cabin was ready by 4:30. It was in a good location actually could walk down to Gatlinburg (which we did) trolley stop at the end of the road. Cabin was basically clean, bed was comfortable, had enough kitchen utensils for us.(stove frig microwave pots plates cups) shower had good pressure, hot tub was nice even though not enough privacy with it being on the porch and other cabins so close. Jacuzzi was clean and worked well. The gas fireplace really added to the Christmas feel with the mantle being decorated. Cable was good had a good selection of channels. It being pet friendly was nice for our dog. We got up in the mornings and walked him around the circle. But could use a better cleaning ..noticed a lot of cobwebs, vent in bathroom needed cleaned, floors could have been mopped,coffee pot was dirty (coffee still splattered all over ) . Could do a few tweeks to make it better,, another towel rack or over the commode rack, hook on bathroom door, empty kitchen cabinet so you have someplace to put your food , blinds on porch that you can lower for more privacy while in the hot tub. But for the most part it was a nice cabin for our Christmas get-a-way. We enjoyed the time here in this cozy inviting cabin. We are actually making plans to come back for another stay.

We loved it! The cabin had wonderful features that made our trip so much more relaxing! We also loved that we were able to bring our dogs which made the trip so much more special!

I would have given a 5 star but the mattress is nearly all springs. I got zero sleep. All the owner would have to do is go to Walmart and get a 6-8” memory foam topper. The customer service was great. The cabin was great. The sites were great! Thank you all!!

Lovely cabin. My only complaint is the lights. Several bulbs were out and the rest were dim.

Check in was great, loved the cabin, only issue we had was the over head ceiling light at the fan was out which made the cabin a little dark. And that house keeping came to the cabin before 10am checkout but not a huge problem.

The cabin was beautiful and the stay was super romantic! Would definitely stay again!

Very clean and quiet well organized check in was smooth

The cabin was in a great location convenient to Gatlinburg whether walking or driving. It was clean quiet and a great get away. We will definitely be back.

Check in was easy and quick as everything was ready when I arrived. The Cabin was very nice and well maintained with paved parking within feet of the door. Enjoyed the privacy of the porch even with a cabin on both sides. We explored the Great Smoky Mtn NP during the day and relaxed at the cabin in the evening.

Great as always. The staff is willing to help and answer any questions. We will never stay with any other company!

The cabin was great! Would make a few tweaks in the cabin. The light outside the front door shines in directly on the bed next to the door. We ended up unscrewing the light bulb. Need to move the fire extinguisher, it is above the bed and I bumped my head on it several times sitting in bed. Need a small table on the porch so you can put your cold drink and snack there while you rock.

Had a great stay at the Dream weaver cabin. Wonderful people at the check in desk. Cabin was very cozy! Very clean! Would highly recommend.

From the description of the cabin and location we were let to believe it was secluded, however the area was secluded but the cabins are right on top of each other. Other then that we loved our stay

Really enjoyed our stay and the convenient location of the cabins. Our Couples Retreat was all the more fun. We will surely return.

We had a wonderful stay at Aunt Bugs cabins. We stayed in Dream Weaver. This is the second time we have stayed in this cabin and we loved it. Everything was exactly like it appeared in the pictures. Very nice and very clean. Perfect for my husband and I and our little dog.

From the moment my transaction began til We checked out everything was great! Staff was courteous and all information was correct. The cabin was well kept.

Cabin needs better cleaning. We saw a lot of spider webs/spiders. Would be nice if checkout was later than 10am. Other than that everything was great.

My husband and I enjoyed the cabin. It was clean and peaceful. You don't have the noise all night like you have in a hotel. We chose not to use the jet tub or hot tub, but they are there if you like them. The office staff at checkin was very pleasant too.

Had a great weekend in the cabin. Only disappointment was with fees. The rental fee was reasonable, the housekeeping fee makes sense, and you can't escape taxes. But a $45 "reservation fee?" On principle, that alone may keep me from returning.

We loved Dream Weaver. It was a very nice cabin with plenty of room for the 2 of us and our dog. It was immaculately clean. It was well maintained. We had a great time and enjoyed driving through the National Smoky Mountain Park. We also enjoyed the aquarium that was very close to us. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the peace and quiet. We had a great experience and will certainly come again.

We stayed in Dream Weaver cabin and it was immaculately clean. We were on our one year anniversary, and had a blast. It wasn't as small as the pictures made me think. The ceilings were high, which helped a lot. We really enjoyed ourselves and would not mind staying again in this cabin.

Very clean, well appointed, and close to everything but not private at all. I felt like the photos were really misleading in that one area. Great little cabin though!!

Everything was excellent expect the lady that checked us in. We arrived to the office just after opening, and as soon as I walked through the door, I was created with "We don;t have our paperwork ready, so you are going to need to wait." Good morning would have been much better. Other than that, however, it was a great stay.

Everything went well with our stay. We enjoyed the cabin and the fireplace added a nice touch.
