You did great other than I thought check in was 4pm once I arrived the house keeping was still there, and found a plate of food in the microwave. Other then that this was a great experience.

We really enjoyed our time. The house was absolutely beautiful.

Wonderful, peaceful and clean! Our cabin had everything we needed and we had amazing views of the mountains. We’ll be staying here again!

It was a nice cabin. I appreciated the quickness in replies to my questions.

Everything was great only concern was no door mat entering or exciting the cabin when raining was sketchy. But overall great stay.

Process to book and check out was super easy and efficient.

We arrived to the cabin with the best and most detailed instructions every (thank you). The cabin clean and pictured just as it was online. The stove and the grill were not functioning properly. We called guest services and they were extremely prompt with response and sent out a technician within an hour of our service call. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The only thing about the cabin was the faucets leaked in the kitchen and the bathroom downstairs. Another suggestion would be about the trash, we placed the trash in the designated area and the next day it appears as though a bear had gotten in it. Not sure how to prevent this but possibly look at securing the latch a bit more, it did not catch when the lid was closed. Other than this the cabin, service, and vacation were excellent. We would definitely stay with you guys again.

Everything was great, except the road getting to the cabin. The road could use a little work.

I had trouble with the lockbox when I arrived. Staff was so helpful and came to rescue me! It was a very peaceful location and I got to see 4 bears on 2 different days!!

When my family and I walked in the front door we were amazed. The house is beautiful and the view is incredible. We Seen a bear everyday we was there. There were bears walking down the road and bears in the back yard climbing trees!! There was so much space that we kept losing each other inside the house!! We will most definitely be going back!! We had a blast. I just didn't like the tiny roads leading up to the house...but other then that the stay was amazing!!!

It was so fun, such a beautiful view. Cabin was clean. Enjoyed the hot tub a lot. It was cool that the cabin included dishes and utensils it allowed us to make our own food while on vacation. The only downside of this experience was the bugs and bears we are not used to this back home. But should’ve known since it’s the woods. We found many spiders in there but still ended up having a great time. Would most likely do it again! Thanks for your friendly great service!

Everything was perfect! The cabin was clean and beautiful. Check in and out was a breeze. The staff was friendly and helpful anytime we called with questions. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Me, my husband, and 2 kids stayed here for the weekend and it was amazing. The cabin was very clean and looked exactly as pictured. The only thing that I have to complain about would be the stairs. Next time I won’t rent 3 story cabin lol There is an amazing view from each balcony and the ober Gatlinburg tramway passes right through in front of the cabin. The roads were very scary going up to the cabin. Overall I loved my stay at this cabin. I would definitely book with aunt bugs rentals again.

The check in experience was great. Customer service great. Cabin maintenance and cleanliness not so great. Overall great stay, but definitely needs cleanliness improvement.

We will def. book a cabin with Aunt Bugs again. Check in was super easy and convenient. Check out was easy. Anytime I called someone pleasant always answered! The cabin itself was great. A lot of things that were were thinking we had to buy were already stocked. Nice things too! It felt just like home after we picked up a could of things from Walmart. We just had a little trouble with the TV. The only downsized to the stay was that we had to clean the place down. There were spiderwebs everywhere. Things that could have been swiped with a broom. Under the bed were horrible. I’d say the cleaning lady maybe was in a rush or just not a good cleaner I’m not sure. We cleaned the home to our comfort which I wasn’t expecting but everything else was absolutely fine.

We stayed for 2 nights on an anniversary trip. The cabin is beautiful and the view amazing. Please keep on mind that this cabin is on the high side of the mountains, so a lot of curves and steep road, but nothing really bad.

Very nice cabin,3 levels of decks. My favorite was the one off the master bedroom.We came down for Jeep invasion which was very cool, will be is quite a trip up the mtn tho.took about 11 mins from bottom to reach cabin.we saw SEVERAL bears which was awesome but they do come up to your cabin and vehicles so be smart and aware. Aunt Bugs staff are super, great customer service,neat clean office and cabins are the same. Have tried other management companies but will continue to use theirs.very peaceful and calming at the cabin. Private even tho you have other cabins nearby.Great vacation all around!

The cabin was great,a lot of windows, nice floor plan. It was just my husband and I but it Would be great for 2 couples as well. 1 bedroom up and one down. Each with it's own jetted tub. 3 separate decks..my fav was the 3rd floor one off the bedroom👍🏻. There are 3 levels of living so there are a good bit of steps. Large master bath shower. It is quite a trip up the mountain tho, windy, steep roads, about 11 mins to get up to the cabin. But you are in the mountains so that's to be expected. We saw several bears during our stay which was awesome, but you need to be watchful and smart. They come up to the cabin and your vehicle. Weve stayed in 2 different Aunt Bugs cabins and another company's once... huge difference, will definitely use Aunt Bugs from now on. Office staff is awesome! Cabins are great.

This is the 2nd or 3rd stay and was the dirtiest. Please have someone mop the floors....our feet were black right after showering from walking around. There was no broom in the cabin so we had a hard time cleaning the floor as well. The outside lamps didnt work so we couldn't see very well at night. Other than this the stay and view were good. Thanks Aunt Bugs!!

no internet connection or phone either but we didn't let you know until after we left. We just 'unplugged from life' after it wouldn't work, although it wasn't secured anyway so wouldn't have used it for work!

We loved the location of our cabin and the view. We would even try to stay there again! The check-in and check-out process was great! There were a few things that we were surprised by though. The floor had not been swept and the floors and the sofas were very very worn. We were just surprised because the pictures made everything look well kept and new. For the price we paid, the space was great and we loved the fireplaces and the view, but we have stayed in hotel rooms that were cleaner and better kept.

Really enjoyed our visit to Gatlinburg. Our cabin was very nice.

everything was amazing; thoroughly enjoyable family time! definitely scary going up the mountain to the cabin, but we have a large 4X4 truck so that was a lot of the fear truth be told. I don't think we could go to that specific cabin if it were snowing or icy, however, the cabin was great and we will absolutely be using Aunt Bugs again! To the next guest: don't throw your trash over the back railings and if you do, PICK IT UP! I hope that the 2 hours my husband spent picking up garbage will be well spent for the future guests. This should NOT be Aunt Bug's responsibility, it's solely the decency of being a guest in someone else's property!!!

Overall everything went well with our stay. It took us awhile to figure out the hot tub, maybe post the instructions in a visible place near the hot tub. The washing machine and dryer need to be serviced. Other then that this cabin was beautiful

Very easy to book our desired dates. Check IN was a breeze. Very accommodating to our fur baby!

We loved the house and view. Plus we could bring our pups. This is our second time to stay at Emerald Lights. We enjoyed the pool table and peace and quiet!

The staff was very friendly and even allowed us to check in several hours early since we came in on an early flight . They also checked in daily to see if we needed anything. I'm not sure the Ritz Carlton would do such a thing.

The cabin and view were great. The price was very reasonable. I loved your iPhone app and the messages you sent before and after. Some suggestions to further enhance future stays: 1). Housekeepers need to thoroughly dust. Cabin was very dusty. Also sweep under the beds. 2). Check the dishes closely... ours were dirty 3) clean the hot tub between stays... it was pretty nasty

The cabin was great. The view was beautiful. The only problem was the narrow and very steep roads.

Very nice cabin high up in the mountains. Having four big black bears out in front of the cabin the morning of our last day was so cool.

My experience was great, it was my first time staying in the cabins but everything was perfect. Tim was very nice and helpful definitely will be coming back to visit this summer.

Overall very good experience. Cabin was nice and view was amazing. Cabin was ready and clean, but needs a detail crew to really go in there and give a good detail clean. Disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the place, including the exterior balconies. No HD Television in 2015 is like only having a VHS player in the home. Hot tub was good, but would be nice to have it a bit hotter. Game room was fun. Customer service was all good. Location, SPECTACULAR!! View, SPECTACULAR!!

Our cabin was very nice. It was also clean and the people at the desk were really friendly. I would recommend Aunt Bug's cabin rentals.

Furniture needs updating and oven door needs to be fixed.

Stay was great! Few small things that kept me from rating 5 stars- cabin hab at least 10+ burnt out light bulbs (noted on previous review I read on another site - )poor maintenance clearly as it wasn't rectified previously - not a aviation breaker by any means though. Cabin was very clean (dead bugs abound on sills and door frames - minor issue) and comfortable. View was wonderful from top deck. Only other minor irritation - no one from the aunt bugs staff bothered to ask how our stay was on check out, which is just common courtesy in my opinion.

Was disappointed that there was no dish soap to wash the dishes. Otherwise cabin was clean and as expected. Was surprised by how steep the mountain roads to the house were. May want to add that as a disclaimer for the house.

Service was great! The cabin had mice, some burnt bulbs in some rooms, and needs more pots and pans. Other than that the view was great and the cabin was amazing! I would recommend this cabin to friends! Definitely going back! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The cabin was fun, but there were cob webs in the windows and dust all over which aggravated my allergies. Some bugs in the bathroom and very low water pressure.
