We absolutely loved the cabin. Really enjoyed listening to the stream and sounds of nature from the patio. But the entire atmosphere of the cabin was just what we were looking for, when thinking of a cabin in the woods.

We loved the cabin. The location was peaceful and pretty secluded. Things to consider for a more comfortable stay: Mirrors in the bedrooms (so multiple people can get ready at the same time), drying racks or hooks by hot tub for towels/suits, steps into the hot tub, lighting for the stair case, lighting above the downstairs shower (our kids especially hated the dark shower), and additional plates/bowls. Fyi: Fan/Light closest to door (on hot tub deck) seems to have a short. Decorative lights on that deck did not work. We would absolutely come back and choose this location again. The kids loved the massage chair, hot tub, and pinball arcade game (although many loaded incorrectly when playing). We saw a lot of turkeys, a couple Chipmunks, a squirrel, and a lot of birds. The spring new growth and wildflowers were beautiful. No bears, which would've been cool, but also probably would've been too close for comfort. The kids loved the creek and took the time to clean out a lot of trash while playing. (There is an entire trash can in the creek currently.)

The Vacation Guarantee is 7% of your total reservation and enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay.
