Internet very intermittent (very frustrating) and we never figured out how to ignite the fireplace on the deck (left early and came back to late to call and inquire the office about how it worked, NO instructions anywhere). There was adequate bedding/towels for our large group (altho I couldn't get my sheets to stay on our King Bed, needed to be larger to fit snugly and well). It was clean an only had a few bugs crawl out of hiding during our stay. The location was good for what we wanted to do (altho it took 25-40 min. to go 10 or so miles). and I really couldn't adapt to the narrow/dangerous roads that we had to traverse to access our cabin (know that isn't in your purview but was really stressful to me, a flat lander from Kansas)

Everything was absolutely perfect! The cabin was even more amazing than we expected!! The decor was beautiful! Even though Aunt Bug's can't control the weather, somehow they made sure that was perfect too!! We already are planning on coming back next year! Thank you for providing us with such a beautiful cabin to rent!! The check in/out process was super fast & convenient. We also appreciated the texts, checking in on us during our stay. Both my husband and I thought it was a nice way of showing you truly care about your customers and want to make sure our trip was going great. Thanks again for everything Aunt Bug's! Our cabin, Red Cedar Lodge, was just beautiful!! Clean with a great location!! The hot tub, corn hole and the pool table were a great addition. Would recommend anyone to rent here.

The Vacation Guarantee is 7% of your total reservation and enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. Though the Vacation Guarantee is an optional charge, Aunt Bugs has a no refund/no reschedule policy without it.

*Rescheduled stays will have 6 months to come and must stay in the original cabin booked.
