OMG....we loveeeeee this place...close to everything.....quiet......and clean.....I hate for the secret to get out....we will stay here every year

Easy check in & out, good location, nice hot tub

The customer service is second to none,and the location to main attractions and restaurants in pigeon forge couldn’t be better. We will definitely return!

It was very clean and felt like home. Wish the water pressure would have been better in the shower, and maybe a couple more towels and wash rags. Other than that, it was perfect. Thank you all for such a nice place to stay and we will probably be coming back in the future.

The cabin was beautiful, relaxing and peaceful, However, there were a few things we were disappointed with. The deck was very nice, if you could sit on it. There were numerous cobwebs on the deck almost everywhere. It would have taken about 2 minutes to dust those webs away before we arrive. Also, the two chairs in the LR had NO CUSHION AT ALL. Sitting in them I felt I was in a bowl and not very comfortable. The deck furniture was very 'rustic.' New Deck & LR Chair furniture is needed. Other than that it was a good vacation.

This was our first time in the Smoky Mountains!! We had a fantastic week ! And our stay at Aunt Bugs was great !! My only complaint is I thought we were gonna have a fire pit for outside but there was only a small charcoal grill . Had all my s’more and hotdogs ready to sit out in the evenings by a campfire! But all and all the cabin was great ! Thank you for a very good time !

Communication and location make this cabin a 5 star cabin for me. Enjoyed the geese and ducks visiting each day as well. Even though town was packed, we never felt it while at the cabin. Quiet community not far from town. The rental company was always a text away if we needed anything. Cabin was clean and quite comfortable for the two of us.

Cabin was clean and in quiet location with quick access to the main strip. Would have been 5 stars but the sleeper sofa needs a new mattress

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Everything was great! My only suggestion is to stock more wash clothes in the bathroom. We had plenty of towels but only 2 wash clothes. This is our 2nd time using Aunt Bug's. We always have great service and will continue to use Aunt Bugs in the future. :-)

Wonderful stay. Location was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Only suggestion is to clean the cob webs behind the blinds on the interior of the windows. Otherwise, very clean. Absolutely recommend.

Excellent cabin. Very clean was not sure on hot tub because had no way to test and water level was 8 inches below jets but enjoyed as we got married on Monday

I thought everything was great! The cabin seemed bigger online and wish the blender was clean - other than that, everything was amazing!! Will be back for sure! The contactless check in was very professional and amazing as well! Thank you to the person who took our payment as she referred me to someone who could decorate the cabin prior to arrival! Husband loved it!!

Great stay, would have been better if there was a fire pit. Otherwise great.

The only complaint I could say is the price that you all at for a small dog is way too high. I understand that maybe some dogs may make a mess but if they don’t then I think you should take off some on the price if nothing is tore up

Living room furniture could be more comfortable would prefer more privacy with hot tub the location was really good the Christmas decorations was nice and made our visit better

We had a lovely stay at your cabin. It's cozy and perfect for a romantic weekend getaway. It's convenient to the park and a great place to relax after a day spent hiking.

Everything was exceptional from booking to our last day of stay. I was super impressed with the cabins. They were clean, updated in technology for our kids (internet, tv, alarms) Quiet location, comfortable and cozy!

We always enjoy coming to the the great smoky mountains and we love staying with aunt bugs . Because of COVID 19 we stayed in the cabin a lot more it’s nice to cook , bbq , and just relax . Much needed break .

My fiancé, our 1 year old son and I went to pigeon forge a week before Christmas. The cabin was beautiful and had a Christmas tree setup in the living room. Which made it even more special. We had such a good time. Warm and cozy in the cabin with the fireplace. We enjoyed the hot tub. And from the beginning the staff was very nice. I will only stay with Aunt Bugs going forward.

The cabin was very easy to get to from the rental office. Directions were excellent the amenities were outstanding. The property was well-maintained and absolutely spotless and I would recommend this property to anyone. The only problem was a single closet in the bedroom that was crammed full of Christmas decorations. We had to rearrange the closet in order to hang some clothes. We found that to be annoying. Overall the cabin fit our needs, was extremely comfortable, close to pigeon Forge. We ate at the old sawmill and highly recommend it . The food was excellent and reasonable. Either go very early or be prepared to wait for a table. The other place we ate was JT Hannah found that equally excellent and reasonable. Aside from recommending this facility to others, we would return ourselves. Thanks for a great stay.

The cabin itself was lovely!! No problems there! However the pictures on the website made it appear it was more secluded and a nice river “view” the river was across the parking lot from us and yes we could “view” it if we were standing on the end of the deck. There is a main road RIGHT BEHIND our cabin which was very noisy. Unfortunately ( we didn’t know before hand) that it was Hot Rod weekend so the traffic was horrendous. We did love and enjoy the cabin experience, would have loved it a lot more hand it been in a different location without all the noise from traffic and all the neighbors in the “resort” coming and going and starting cars and horns from them locking their cars . We did not know the cabin was in a resort area with multiple cabins. We could tell by the pics there was ONE near us but not a neighborhood of cabins. We do plan to rent again in the future but definitely plan to get a BIGGER PICTURE of placement and nearby cabins.

Location was good and cabin was excellent. One issue we had on the first night. Someone before us broke the bed box boards which supports the box springs and mattress. First night we went to bed and the box springs feel to the floor. Advised contact when checking out as there was need to interrupt our weekend getaway

This was the first time my kids and I stayed with Aunt Bugg's. When we rolled up to the cabin we were floored by how awesome it was set up. The fireplace, the kitchen, and the bedroom just gave off a very cozy feel as we looked around. We spent every evening enjoying the hot tub and the peace and quiet that came with it. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The only problem we had was getting the cable to work in the bedroom. But maintenance came up right away and was very friendly. The only problem we had was with the hideaway bed in the couch. My son and I slept on it the full vacation but the mattress was not comfortable at all. Otherwise I would highly recommend staying here and have already talked to my kids about coming back next year for Spring Break again.

It is our 2nd time to rent the cabin for few days, but this time with our 2 children. The kids absolutely love the cabin and had a great time including the hot tub. The location was perfect.. right in the middle of Pigeon Forge town. We would definitely come back again!

We were both very pleased with the cabin we stayed in. Loved having all wood, no dirty carpet to deal with. The cabin was very clean and in a convenient location. Very easy to find.

We found everything we need and flawless. Congratulated! Real nice inside the cabin!

The cabin was new, and very nicely decorated. For my taste, the mattress topper was too soft and I had difficulty sleeping. With the vent less gas fireplace, we could really smell the gas when it was on, and could still smell the gas (but not as much) when we were not using it. We were unable to use the washing machine as it started to fill up and then stopped. It was trying to agitate the clothes without any water in it. We did find the instructions for the machine and followed them exactly, to no avail. I reported both the machine issues and the gas smell to Aunt Bug's so they could investigate.

Wonderful workers and the cabin was absolutely fabulous. We will love to come back!

Please let people know about the roads leading to the cabin. We did not expect the roads to be so curvy and climbing up as high as they did as the website does not indicate this information.
