Beautiful and quiet love seeing the mountains and the bears. The cabin was perfect. Didn't want to leave. Thank you for a very memorable week.

The staff at Aunt Bugs were extremely helpful and nice from the moment I booked my reservation! The cabin was clean and perfect for our first family vacation.

The only thing I would say needs to be addressed in cabin 247 is the downstairs bedroom ceiling fan needs work, could not run because of horrible rubbing noise

Great Cabin, although the hot tub didn’t seem to work to its fullest potential.

Cabin was nice and experience was good for the most part.

The cabin was nice overall. However, there were some things that were a bit misleading. There was nothing secluded about it. The hot tub was wide open for the surrounding cabins and offered zero privacy. There was not even lattice around it and did not have it's own porch. The cabin was clean but some of the silverware had dried food on them and the fireplace did not work. I'm not trying to sound all negative because it is a nice cabin. Just not set up for my personal preference.

Perfect weekend escape from the day to day monotony

Enjoyed how private the location is. Very clean. Super kid freiendly, we have a 3 yr old and he had a blast. Cabin is spacious. Hot tub is great. Happy to be off the beaten path but could still enjoy pigeon forge and Gatlinburg with 15 min drive.

Cabin was great and well maintained. Was not happy there was nothing in the description about how steep the hill was. It was extremely difficult to back our truck out of the driveway. Other than that it was a great experience

The cabin was definitely secluded like they said, I didn't think the hill was that steep so it was kind of hard to turn around in such a tight spot. Other than that it was such a great and quiet cabin to stay in. The only thing that didnt make since to me was to have an alarm and it didn't work,unless I didn't know what I was doing.

Our cabin was very clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was no one was available to take our call that we were checking out before 0900. It was difficult to reach someone even at 0930 when I called.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament, so we weren't there as much as we would've like to have been. But it was as wonderful while we were there!

The cabin was so clean and gust as described. Aunt Bug's was easy to work with and accommodated our late arrival. The pricing was fair too.

It was a great stay. Great cabin. We only wish check out was at 12:00.

Loved the cabin. Staff was awesome. There are few things about the cabin that needs fixed so people get exactly what they see when searching for amenities. We did not report them because we were fine the way it was, but for future renters it may be helpful if you address them. I am not a complainer so I did not think about it until on the way home. This cabin is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Love knowing there was an alarm system to make us feel safe since it is surrounded by woods. The cabin has an abundance of activities for adults and children for any down time or if it rains and unable to get out to just walk around town. The massage chair does not work. The tv in the downstairs bedroom and the one in the game room would not come on, well in game room it came on but the cable box would not. All other tvs worked fine. The one thing I hate to mention because I do not like complaining is the shower curtain downstairs has mold on it and is stained badly. Getting a new one would really help the look of the cabin. We just used the upstairs tub. When we entered the cabin the day we got there we found two cigarette butts in the kitchen sink in the drain. Please do not take this as me bashing anyone. I really only want to let you know what I feel others may be turned off on. We had no problem with staying there but I know some one may have. I just cleaned the sink so that was no big deal. I almost purchased a white shower curtain at Walmart to replace the other one but my son made fun of me so I didn't. He said it was not my place to do so. I was just trying to be nice. lol. Thank you for renting to us. We truly had a great and comfortable stay there. Oh, the beds are awesome, comfortable. I would definitly recommend staying in this cabin. The drive up to it is a little scary if you are not used to driving mountain roads, but we laughed a lot while driving it and finding our landmarks....blue tractor on gravel road, the pink flamingos, the top of the hills we could not see over to find the road. This made our drive interesting.

Cabin was nice and very secluded which we wanted. Kids lived the cabin decor.
