Service from staff members was excellent!! House was cleaned very well and we had more than enough space for everyone. The view from the cabin was extraordinary! Phone service was horrible and a few minor things was broken but no big deal. Overall my stay was outstanding!

Cabin is in side five stars out side need some work like entrance lights is not working. And need some cleaning from out side of cabin otherwise everything is excellent, Vew is very good, bedding is good hot water is good in sides cleaning is top notch no complaints at all… price is good..👍👍👍👍

We loved this cabin! Beautiful inside and out. The view was gorgeous and it was so peaceful, quiet and very private. Plenty of parking for all of our 5 vehicles with room to spare on the driveway for playing corn hole. The contactless check in/out was easy and made it so convenient too. Thank you and hoping we get back again next year.

The cabin and view were gorgeous however basic necessities such as toilet paper were gone by our third day. Other than minor inconveniences the stay was great.

Overall very nice. We have stayed with you before. We have managed motels and hotels ourselves in the past 20 years now and I know it’s hard to get it all just perfect. We had a couple light bulbs on the master bath out as well as the spray nozzle was broken in the master tub. I also called to let you know the water was leaking around the foundry pretty bad in the master tub as well. I told the gentleman not to worry about fixing these items until we left as the shower was just fine. The only other item was we had a lot of lady bugs in the cabin. We live in the country ourselves and know this is about impossible to stop especially with all the outside lighting this cabin had. I will say best view if any cabin i have seen. We will stay with you again for sure. I’d definitely give you a 4.5 out of 5 . The staff is very nice as well . Thank you

This house simply gorgeous and the view stunning. Loved how secluded from other people it was.

It was a very nice cabin, the view was amazing. I would suggest providing more towels. If you sleep 16, you should provide 2-3 towels per person. Also, it was clean, but not as clean as expected for over $6k a week. You need to provide large bowls. We had nothing to put popcorn or watermelon in. Also, for what we paid, liquid hand soap at each sink would be nice, especially with covid. There were no instructions for the pool and where to go. A couple plastic deck chairs that sat around fire pit were broken. Besides these minor inconveniences, we did love the cabin.

Stairway to heaven was beautiful, amenities were very accommodating. Cleaning was not totally up to par for the price we paid. It was small things. The dishwasher had dried up gunk from previous guest. The master bedroom’s sink had hair and there was dried up soap in the soap holder. There was a lot of dust Inside the rooms which aggravated our allergies, but we opened some doors and it helped. Lastly, the upstairs bathroom didn’t flush, so the guest had to go downstairs. Overall we would book again the process was simple!

Absolutely beautiful views!! Had a great Family get away! Would recommend this cabin to any Family wanting to get away together!

The view from ”Stairway to Heaven ”was to die for!! Cabin was clean and ready for check-in on time. It was the absolute perfect place for the small intimate wedding. Loved everything about our stay!

What an absolutely fantastic cabin! We were here for a family get-together for our son's first birthday. We were with 11 adults and 5 kids and there was more than enough space. While the house itself has everything you need (washer, dryer, tvs in each room, fire pit, gas grill, etc.) the main draw is the absolutely gorgeous view and the relative remoteness of the cabin. The Gatlinburg area does get kind of touristy, but this place definitely has a different vibe, tucked away from all of the tourist traps. We made great memories sitting around the fire. A trip our family will never forget! I will definitely recommend to any one of my friends!

Stairway to Heaven was perfect for our girls weekend reunion. There were 10 of us and the cabin was very comfortable for that large a group. The views are spectacular and the cabin was modern and clean with a fantastic kitchen. In fact, we ended up cooking all of our meals at there instead of going to a restaurant. We could not have been happier with the cabin and the customer service.

The cabin and grounds are well maintained and beautiful. All of the accommodations were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. There was plenty of seating for our petty of 13, except for the decks, where there was only seating for about 6. The game room was a big hit with the kids, and there were even a couple of board games that they enjoyed. The cabin was well decorated with plenty of space for everyone. It is a bit of a drive to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but with a little planning you can do your traveling once each way and it’s not that bad. The view is definitely worth the drive!

We all had a wonderful experience!! Everything was all we could have ask for and more!!

The house was a great layout for the three families who stayed with kids ranging ages 3-9. However, the house is easily 25-30 minutes from Pigeon Forge and we thought based on the description that it would be closer. Also, the firepit propane tank was empty and we got no response from Aunt Bug's when we inquired about a full tank. We were unable to use the fire pit.

Fantastic cabin! A great vacation! Everything was perfect. Can't wait to come back and stay again.

The outside area is not clean. Spider webs everywhere. The entire outside area needs to be powerwashed.

Absolutely wonderful!! Fully stocked cookware and dishes in kitchen. The absolutely stunning country décor; game room that both the young and old thoroughly enjoyed. Hot tub was in constant use by someone.. Loved the visits by the bears and wild turkeys. Location.. words are not enough. I took some of the most beautiful pictures.... and I am a cruiser and was not really looking forward to this trip.. Won me over!! My husband Jerry wants to do this again next year and we are all up for it!! I have sent a video pix that I took of the property to facebook; and given the link to several of my friends. Loved this place.

It was awesome except for the ac leaking because filters were filthy and caused it to leak in laundry room underneath. The men had to replace all the filters and clean out the drain of the AC with a shop vac because it was clogged up.

Stairway to Heaven is a wonderful cabin to stay in. By far the best cabin we have rented.

Great trip. Only complaint was the original paperwork did not have the correct keycode to get in to cabin. Since there was no AT&T reception at the cabin, we had to drive back down the mountain near the community pool to call office. An apology was made by the office staff but definitely didn't get the feeling that this was that unusual of an occurrence. Not a great way to start out the trip.

Aunt Bug is a wonderful business to do business with. The staff is friendly and the communication with the office was wonderful also. This was my first time in Tennessee, and I was blown away by this experience. The cabin was amazing, the views were amazing, and the natives were friendly. I will definitely be returning to this exact same cabin next year. I would definitely recommend Aunt Bugs to all my family and friends

I booked this cabin without seeing a single picture of anything. I was told I would not be disappointed. They were absolutely right! I was not disappointed! It was a million dollar cabin with a million dollar view! Loved everything about this cabin! I hope to stay there again!

The cabin was absolutely amazing. This was my third trip to the Pigeon Forge area and by far the best experience i've had. Thank you Aunt Bug's and Stairway to Heaven!
