We had a great time on our stay! The communication was great. It was a smooth check in and check out process. The only thing that I would recommend, is having more lights in the cabin and storage space for our belongings.

We loved the cabin. It was far enough away from the hussle and bustle but still close enough for daily activities. The cabin was beautiful and comfortable. Enough space for us and our kiddos to stretch out. Hot tub and arcade was a plus. The only thing I would have a complaint about would be the yard. We couldn't let our kids out to play in it due to all the building materials and propane tanks and the burn pile with burnt tires and box springs in it. But instead we took them to the mountains and explored and had fun. I would love to recommend your cabin but suggest that the yard be cleaned for future kiddos.

The Vacation Guarantee is 7% of your total reservation and enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. Though the Vacation Guarantee is an optional charge, Aunt Bugs has a no refund/no reschedule policy without it.
