The cabin was great. The only problem we had was we couldn’t use the porch or the hot tub due to a raccoon would not leave and was chewing on everything..even tried to get into the cabin.

Everything was wonderful! We had everything we needed there. It was quiet, clean, and just like the pictures. We plan to come back! Thanks for everything!

Everything was great, the cabin was clean and inviting. The only issue we had on our stay was not getting the email with the check in instructions but the issue was fixed with a phone call and text. Everything elase was great,

We liked the cabin facilities and layout. There were some maintenance issues- the shower leaked to the floor below, and some floors were not clean. General experience was good, though.

Ease of getting the cabin, ease of check in and check out

This was my family's first time in Pigeon Forge and it was terrific. The cabin was great, with the Christmas decorations it was like coming home. The cabin was clean and had everything you would need to have a great vacation. Check-in and check out was a breeze and the staff was excellent in providing information, Aunt Bug's is now our choice for cabins.

Booking was very easy. I love that I was able to do no contact check-in and check out. Cabin was nice. Had some small issues, but you all responded promptly.

Good. Responded to text problems and resolved them in very timely manner. Being upgraded was a major bonus. My family had a great time and really appreciated it.

The cabin was off the main parkway enough that you didn't feel too busy but also close enough that you could get to the main attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg quite easily and quickly. We were able to head out to various attractions in the morning until mid-afternoon and then enjoy some time in the pool and/or playing games in the game room until supper. Then we'd finish most nights watching a movie in the downstairs theater and/or spending some time in the hot tub.

I had the best time of my life. Cabin was clean neat n everything was perfect besides the top floor shower head was broken. There was no stopper for the upper level hot tub. And the foseball.table leg was broke.

The cabin was great location, clean, and fun for all. Looked as if a lot of trash had been thrown off the deck, unpleasant to look at. Otherwise, fantastic!!!

Everything was excellent..beautiful cabin loved the jacuzzi tubs and hot tub and the beds are so comfy would most definitely be coming back again

Cabin was perfect, air hockey wasn’t working correctly but it didn’t damper our stay, we will definitely be back

Great cabin with plenty of space. 3 king size beds made for great sleep after long days being touristy. Cabin was very clean. Hot tub was perfect temp (lights didn't work but no big deal). Access to the cabin was very easy with key pad entry. Check in and check out was extremely easy. Supplies are 1 of everything so plan ahead (1 roll of TP in each bath, 1 roll paper towels, enough for 1 dishwasher load). All descriptions say this so there was really no surprise. Great staying a nice location. Peaceful but still close to it all.

Excellent stay. Easy check in and out. Nice to get a call on the second day just to check on us.

The home was arranged well with sleeping on 3 levels. Choose wisely though. One has theatre, one games and the other the kitchen so evening or morning noise. Loved the hot tub before bed. Close to groceries and restaurants.
No lock box key, door entry code.

We loved our cabin, it was clean and had everything we needed. It was just as described. Loved the location, close to every thing but still had a country feel. We would definitely stay again.

We had a painless check in. Our stay was wonderful. The house was spectacular. We hated to check out,but when we did their were no problems. Look forward to our next stay.

In an email I explained a few issues. A/C had to have Freon, lr ceiling fan did not function and was not fixed. Outside furniture was dirty/dusty, kitchen ceiling leaked with downpour of rain. Some old trash on ground out back. Nice cabin, our stay was good.

The cabin was convenient to Pigeon Forge. The game room and Theater room very especially fun for our children and 3 grandchildren. Check in and check out was made easy.

Exactly what we needed for a great New Year’s Eve getaway!

Had a problem with ants in the kitchen. Over all satisfied.

Loved the cabin, nice comfortable rooms, easy to get to and close to town. Everything you needed and more was available in cabin👍🏻

We enjoyed our stay, the cabin was comfortable. The size was prefect. Some furniture is showing its age but was decorated nicely.

The cabin was beautiful and just as it was advertised, other than the foosball table was not there but I knew that from reading another review. We were impressed with the amount of room that was in each area. Everything was totally clean other than the porch needed to be sweep off but with facing the woods, leaves, dust, cobwebs are bound to creep back up. We were worried about the neighbors being so close but we never noticed them. The location was great, just around the corner from all of the entertainment. We did not get a chance to go to the pool because of our busy schedule so we are sorry to miss that. We would certainly return to this cabin or even check out another that may be available on the website. Suggestions? Maybe type the Wi-Fi password instead of hand writing it, the writing was neat but we still mistook an “S” for a “5”. Other than that, all was good, thanks for having us!

Staff, check-in, & checkout are excellent. Love the app & easy contact/checkout that it provides. Our stay was in whispering Creek cabin. It's becoming a bit shopworn & could use a few fixes/updates, especially for the price we paid. The layout and rooms, however, were perfect for our large family group with children. All enjoyed the stay. Note there is no foosball or video game as described & the air hockey is a bit rickety. Also should add hangers to list of items to bring as none are provided. We had very few washcloths & had to buy some. Overall, it was an excellent stay that we completely enjoyed.

We all loved our cabin and everything in it! The location was great. All of Aunt Bug's staff that I spoke with were friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent from Aunt Bug's again.

Fine, except the toilet on the main floor was real loose--needs to be anchored better & the 7' projector only worked about half the time. Cleaning was so-so, a lot of dust/dirt under beds & furniture.

The cabin was very nice. the only problem we had was in getting the TV's to work. You need to leave directions in the cabin on how to get the channels on the televisions. We called on Saturday evening and was told no one could help us till Monday. This really was unacceptable.so we kept playing with the remotes until we finally figured it out. .

The cabin was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and provided easy instructions for checkout and directions to the cabin. We will definitely stay again.

Nice cabin, clean and convenient to town. In the office you guys are always helpful. I had trouble with keyless entry and your guy stayed on the phone with me until we got in.

Everything was great! The cabin was amazing and all the staff was very nice!

The rental company was great. The cabin location was great. The cabin was nice but is in need of some minor updating: one of the facets in the bathtub was coming out of the wall, the toilet constantly ran, towel racks and toilet paper holders were coming off the wall..things like that. The showers could also use a deep clean as there was mold in two of them. That being said, we had a blast and loved the cabin itself. The hot tub and pool table were great additions.

Everything was great from rental process through our stay. We had a problem with the movie projector and they sent someone out quickly to fix it. We really enjoyed our cabin and stay🙂

It is an amazing cabin, and everything was to or above expectations. The only problem was the kitchen. The two of the stove tops do not work.

Service was good, the cabin had multiple maintenance issues, I reported most.

Loved the cabin & decor. Found a lot of dirt & debri under furniture in living room. Lamp, heater in bottom level, & thermostat bottom level not working. Overall we had a positive experience.

All our family really enjoyed the cabin we stayed in. Everything was clean and confortable. We also liked the location very much and would love to be able to stay there on our next trip to the Smokey Mountains. The arrangement of three bedrooms was very enjoyable and nice for our family.

As always, the rental experience with Aunt Bug's was great!

Cabin was clean and very comfortable. Well-equipped for our party, with more than enough extra blankets, pillows and sheets. Late check-in accommodations were made with no hassles and everything went well.

The cabin was just as it was pictured and advertised which was great! We checked in after business hours, but the staff made arrangements to accommodate our arrival.

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT EVEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. I WILL DEFINITELY BE DOING BUSINESS AGAIN WITH AUNT BUGS VERY SOON.
