They were very accommodating and absolutely loved the cabin would highly recommend them to any future guest

Everything went well but would like to get cabin address and code at least the day before I leave on trip. Getting it the day of the trip is sort of a pain.

Good place not to far from town seen bears just about every night by the cabin hot tub did leak and I had to put water in it or we would not be able to use it

everything was good. we had a good time and the weather was good for us for a change!! we will be back next year.

The cabin was wonderful, clean and welcoming. Had most of your typical amenities (dishes, towels, etc). Only complaint was the online tv box needed a pin to use Netflix, Amazon prime etc, but the cable still worked fine. Not enough of a complaint to lessen the rating.

Everything was cozy and comfortable. Great location. The view was awesome.

Everything was great. Just a couple issues but they were fixed and our stay was wonderful.

The staff was great with any/all issues / questions we had. Really only major thing was the WiFi but that was due to a lightning strike (which was solved/fixed by our second full day) Privacy section around the hot tub Corner would be an added plus also to consider for the future. Fireplace was great and the kitchen/ grill was just enough for our cooking needs. Cabin was quaint and quiet and tucked away on a hillside for a decent amount of privacy.

Was having trouble firing the gas fire place. Call the office and in two hours a service technician was there to fix the problem. We really enjoyed to solitude and the the location of your well maintained cabin. It was very clean and had everything we need to totally Relax on our trip to Gatlinburg.

The cabin was clean and very nice. It was a great get away spot for our honeymoon! Would definitely stay there again.

The cabin had issues that needs to be addressed to make it a better place to stay.

This cabin was very clean and comfortable for our quick weekend get away. The close quarters to neighbors was a down fall as well as the bathtub in the master didn’t have good water flow. Took a long time to fill up!

Small cabin. Perfect for a honeymoon or couple getaway. Short drive into Gatlinburg.

Very clean I agree with previous comments big space for the TV size bed slept okay bathroom needs a little work and safety issue with the rebar sticking up from parking area and the description of the distance to downtown Gatlinburg was misleading but overall I would stay there again

Our stay was perfect. Super close to downtown Gatlinburg and the great Smoky Mountains. Very clean. Not a lot of grass space for our pup to her business, but she managed. We had an overall great experience and wish we would have extended our stay.

Our experience with Aunt Bugs was well. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.

Could be cleaner. Cobwebs and dust up high. Pull-out sofa mattress needs to be replaced.

Clean cabin in good location. Hot tub and jacuzzi worked but jacuzzi takes long fill time. There where only 4 wash clothes for a six night stay. No washer at the cabin.More flatware would be nice.Check in and out is easy.Staff is friendly and helpful.

My husband and I loved this cabin, it was beautiful inside and very clean! it was perfect for our honeymoon (1 stop on our 2 week honeymoon). It was very peaceful, quiet and relaxing and still went into town and enjoyed ourselves. Recommend the new SkyBridge walk, beautiful view! We definitely would stay here again!

We had a very nice and relaxing time, which is why we chose to get a cabin in the woods instead of in town, but we were still close enough to town to do the things we wanted. The hot tub was great, the cabin was clean. Very cozy!

Staff at main office were excellent, cabin stay was excellent, cabin appears to need a little touching up, some extra paint in the bathroom and a broken light switch cover in the living area, and cleaning out a moldy bowl under the kitchen sink. Other than just aesthetics the stay was great!!

We loved it! The hot tub and Jacuzzi were great and the scenery off the deck was spectacular! A few things you should know though...the rocker on deck has a problem with the back slats and the couch has a sharp metal type object sticking out on left top corner that caused a cut on my husbands hip. A few cobwebs on ceilings but overall it was a nice stay. Loved being close to Gatlinburg but still having a little privacy! Thank you very much!

When we stopped in the office to see the lady we talked to was very imformative on the cabins. It was actually not as private as we hoped. But it was still nice. The chair on the front porch was broke. And we couldn't turn the back deck light off.

The after hours check-in was a breeze. And check out was an even easier. I was able to work with Angel at the front desk and was able to book my stay for next year at a great rate!!! Definitely will recommend and return.

For just the 2 of us, the supplies provided were very adequate - we didn't need much of anything that we brought extra. I do suggest that in the directions you include that the road is the one to the school because the street name is covered by vegetation and we missed it. The staff we met at the office was very, very nice. The Jacuzzi & hot tub felt great after a long drive or hike. Although there were cabins close to us, we didn't notice any noise - not sure how it would be in a peak season. It is a shame that whoever did the painting got some on the woodwork and didn't clean it off. The waste can in the bathroom was also cracked and my pillow was musty. The spigots were difficult to control and the kitchen one didn't shut off well. Otherwise, I would have rated it a 5.

We loved our cabin. Very cozy. Took full advantage of the hot tub on the back deck. Every thing was very clean. Will definitely come back again.

It was nice experience. Only we found bed bugs. It will be nice if you can take care of that.

Nice cabin. We enjoyed our stay. Didn't seem as private as pictures showed. The hot tub is leaking. It was half full when we arrived, we filled it but within the 7 days we were there, it has leaked out to half full again. Not a problem, just FYI. Thank you for the ease in registering and checkout.

Great cabin, only issue was thought cabin was a little more secluded, and farther away from other cabins, the pictures online a little misleading on that fact but amazing stay otherwise and perfectly placed between all places.

The location of the cabin was ideal. We were able easily to get to where the places we were going. We were away from the congestion of downtown Gatlinburg and had sufficient privacy and quiet.

It was clean quiet amazing beautiful. We plan to return again

Facilities were clean and in good shape. A step stool of some kind would have been nice for a short person like me to get into the hot tub more safely than using the kitchen chair.

THE ONLY THINGS WERE SHOWER WAS LIKE A BOX AND WE COULD NOT FIND A TRASH BIN TO PUT OUR TRASH IN OUTSIDE. OVERALL IT WAS A VERY NICE STAY

Customer service was excellent. We had no major problems, but I'm sure if we did we would have been taken care of. Reserving our cabin online was easy. We also really liked the email communication leading up to, and following our stay. Very informative and helpful along the way. Additionally, we also enjoyed using the Aunt Bug's app for info, directions, checking out, etc. We would be happy to stay with Aunt Bug's again.

The cabin was really nice. I wish the hot tub got hot instead of warm, but overall we had a wonderful time.

Friendly, personable, and professional staff! My cabin (Zen Garden) was immaculate and perfectly furnished. The cabin location was serene & peaceful yet close enough to town should a need arise.

This was our first experience renting from Aunt Bug's. The transaction was smooth and the cabin was nice.

We enjoyed our short stay. The only thing I would suggest is privacy curtains. At night with lights on inside you can see right through the current curtains from outside which is the road side.

Everything was great except for the pillows on the bed, they were definately worn out and very lumpy!!
